How many types of beer does The Crafts carry?

We carry over 1,400 different types of craft beer — from Belgian Trappist beers to Swiss craft beers, rare Lambics, and limited editions.

What are Trappist beers?

Trappist beers are brewed in or under the supervision of Trappist monasteries. Worldwide, there are only 14 recognized Trappist breweries, including Rochefort, Westmalle, Orval, Chimay, and the rare Westvleteren. The Crafts offers one of the largest selections of Trappist beers in Switzerland.

What are Lambic and Gueuze?

Lambic is a Belgian beer brewed through spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts — unique in the beer world. Gueuze is a blend of different Lambic vintages. We carry producers such as Cantillon and 3 Fonteinen.

Do you have non-alcoholic beers?

Yes, we carry a selection of non-alcoholic craft beers, including non-alcoholic Belgian ales and Swiss craft beers.

Are there gift sets?

Yes — we offer gift boxes, tasting boxes, and custom assortments. Ideal for birthdays, Christmas, or corporate gifts. Vouchers are also available.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all common credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), TWINT, PayPal, and other payment methods via Shopify Payments.

Can I order as a company (B2B)?

Yes — we offer special B2B conditions for restaurants, hotels, bars, and beverage retailers. Contact us for a customized offer and bulk prices.

Can I cancel an order?

Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible via email.

Delivery & Shipping

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout Switzerland (all cantons) and to Liechtenstein.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Orders from Graubünden and Eastern Switzerland benefit from our warehouse in Chur.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is weight-based and starts from CHF 10.00 for orders up to 2 kg.

How is the beer packaged?

All orders are carefully packed in sturdy boxes with protective padding to ensure your bottles arrive safely.

What happens if a bottle breaks during transit?

In the rare event of transit damage, please contact us immediately with photos. We will resolve the issue quickly and easily.

Returns & Complaints

Can I return beer?

Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days, provided they are undamaged.

What do I do if there's a wrong delivery?

Please contact us via email with your order number. We will resolve the issue quickly and easily.
