General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
The Crafts by BELTRADEINVEST GmbH

§ 1 Scope
These GTC apply to all orders placed via the online shop 
www.thecrafts.ch operated by BELTRADEINVEST GmbH, Grabenstrasse 15A, 
CH-6340 Baar (hereinafter “The Crafts”).

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally 
binding offer. By clicking on “Buy now”, you are placing 
a binding order. The order confirmation sent by 
email constitutes acceptance of the offer.

§ 3 Age Verification – Alcohol
The purchase of alcoholic beverages is permitted exclusively to persons 
aged 18 or over. By completing the order, the 
buyer confirms that they have reached the age of 18. The Crafts 
reserves the right to request proof of age 
upon delivery. If proof is not provided, delivery will be refused.

§ 4 Prices and Terms of Payment
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include 
statutory value added tax (VAT). 
Payment methods: credit card, TWINT, PayPal, prepayment.
For B2B customers (catering/wholesale), separate 
terms and conditions apply in accordance with the individual quotation.

 

§ 5 Delivery
Delivery is available within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. 
Delivery times: 2–5 working days. For orders over CHF 65.– 
we offer free delivery (CH). See the delivery terms for details.

§ 6 Retention of title
The goods delivered remain the property of 
BELTRADEINVEST GmbH until full payment has been made.

§ 7 Liability
The Crafts accepts no liability for damage caused by improper 
storage or handling of the products by the purchaser. 
No liability is accepted for 
typos or technical errors on the website.

§ 8 Data Protection
Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the 
Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG).

§ 9 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Baar, Canton of Zug, 
Switzerland.

§ 10 Alcohol Legislation
The sale and dispatch of alcohol are governed by the 
Federal Act on Alcohol (AlkG) and the cantonal 
regulations. The Crafts holds the necessary 
retail licence.
