Delivery Terms

Delivery areas:
The Crafts delivers primarily to Graubünden, Liechtenstein and Eastern Switzerland, Switzerland 

Delivery charges:
- Switzerland:  per kg 
- Free delivery (CH) for orders of CHF 89 or more

Delivery times:
- Standard delivery: 1–5 working days; average delivery time by carrier is 2 working days 
- Express: select at checkout
- B2B bulk orders: 5–10 working days

Delivery partner:
Planzer (depending on product weight)

Important information:
- For deliveries of alcohol, the recipient must 
  be at least 18 years old.
- Identity checks are carried out on delivery by 
  the parcel service.
- Please ensure that an adult 
  is available to accept the delivery.

B2B delivery terms (catering/hotels):
- Minimum order value: CHF 300.–
- Delivery to Graubünden/Eastern Switzerland: Direct delivery also 
  available on request
- Payment terms: 30 days net (subject to credit check)
- Individual terms for regular customers

Packaging:
All orders are dispatched in secure, shatter-proof 
packaging. We prioritise sustainable 
packaging materials.
