In the quiet hills of Leicestershire, where the Cistercian monks of Mount St. Bernard Abbey have lived and prayed since 1835, Tynt Meadow Blond was created as the lighter, refreshing sibling of the dark original Trappist beer – brewed with the same ingredients but with a distinctly lighter character.
