Blonde Ale – a Belgian answer to the Lager wave
Blonde Ales emerged as a response to the growing popularity of lager beers, which conquered Europe from the 19th century onwards. Belgium was inspired by this beer style but relied on its own traditional yeasts, used since the Middle Ages. With pale Pilsner malts and fruity hops – and the characteristic top-fermenting yeast – the Blonde Ale was born: an elegant, accessible beer style with an unmistakable Belgian character.
The Pacifich – Lightness from the heart of Valposchiavo
Our Pacifich embodies this spirit: pale malts and fruity hops result in a beer full of fruity notes, harmonious and light, in an intense golden yellow. An invitation to enjoy – directly from the valley.
Taste profile
