Brouwerij De Brabandere in Bavikhove has been brewing beers with character since 1894 – and Petrus Tripel is one of their noblest creations. A Belgian Tripel that combines the classic style with a modern, hop-forward touch.
Golden yellow and slightly hazy in the glass, with a white, fine-pored head. The nose opens with citrus blossoms, ripe peach, and a hint of coriander. On the palate, a full-bodied, elegant character unfolds: fruity sweetness, subtle spice notes, a pleasant hop bitterness, and a long, dry finish. 8.5% alcohol, which is barely noticeable.
