La Pus'ciavina peasant woman – Bernardo Lardi Edition
⚠️ Only 3 bottles left – limited art edition from Valposchiavo.
A unique Swiss Buckwheat Ale from Valposchiavo – brewed with buckwheat and adorned with the artworks of Bernardo Lardi. Delicate, floral aroma, 4.8% vol., 14 IBU.
Buckwheat – the grain of the valley
The aromatic addition of buckwheat to our "Cuntadina" beer reminds us of the crucial importance this plant once held in our region. The valley's farmers cultivated this pseudocereal, which formed the basis of the valley's most typical recipes. Its addition gives our Buckwheat Ale a delicate, floral aroma.
Art meets Craft Beer – from the heart of Valposchiavo
Thanks to the Lardi family, this beer features signed labels by Bernardo Lardi – a personality from Valposchiavo who dedicated his life to the community and a passion for fine art. His works are full of poetry, humor, and irony – a diary of his life and a unique cross-section of over half a century of local and national history.
