Thyme Ale – In erba
‘In erba’ means ‘in the making’. Our brewery’s first beer bears this name with pride – and with conviction.
At its heart is organic lemon thyme from Al Cantun in Le Prese, Valposchiavo. Organically grown, hand-picked, with an unmistakable aroma. The result: an ale that is fresh, herbaceous and elegant all at once.
