TRAPPISTES ROCHEFORT 8° ABV 0.33 cl
Since the 13th century, the Cistercian monks of the Abbey of Notre-Dame de Saint-Remy in Rochefort have brewed their beer according to traditional recipes – with spring water from the heart of the Ardennes and a devotion that can be felt in every sip. The Trappistes Rochefort 8° is the middle of the three Rochefort beers and perhaps the most balanced masterpiece in the range.
Deep mahogany brown in the glass, crowned by a dense, beige head. The nose opens with prune, fig, caramel, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, a full-bodied, velvety body unfolds with notes of dark chocolate, raisin, and fine spices – complex, warm, with a long, dry finish.
